Our concierge, Clare, will email you a week before your arrival (dependent on when you made the booking) with directions and make arrangements to check you in. Check in time is 14h00 and Check out time is 10h30. Please advise your estimated time of arrival and departure – we will by reply confirm if we are able to facilitate an early check-in or late check-out. Please note that late check in’s after 17h00 do incur a late check in fee of R250. On check-in, we will need to take a damages deposit of R5000 – to facilitate this, we will need to take a credit card imprint. We will also need to make a copy of your ID/passport.
