Number of Apartments

 1 Apartment can sleep max of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 child 

1 Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms. 3rd adult or 2 x Children under the age of 12 years accommodated on a sleeper couch in the lounge area.

As we only own one of the apartments in the building we offer a personalised check in, we therefore require guest contact details prior to arrival. Please note that the guest should give us a call 45 min prior to arrival or once they leave the airport. 

Please note that guests are checking into a self-catering apartment. We are not a hotel and do not have a 24 hour reception. Our concierge will come out and meet the guest at the building complex to check them into the apartment. It is of great importance that we do receive a call 45 min prior to arrival – failure to do so may mean that there is no-one to meet the guest when they arrive and that then there may be a delay in checking the guest in! 

Guests will be required to complete and sign a brief Registration form (this includes taking a credit card imprint for a damages deposit R 5000 ) on check-in.

Terms & Conditions and Booking Procedures

Terms and Conditions :
These terms and conditions are legally binding and shall apply to all reservations made with 512 The Granger, which name shall include the property, owners, management, staff and contractors to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

General :
All rates quoted are guaranteed for confirmed reservations and provisional reservations only.

All rates on the Rate Sheets include VAT, are quoted in South African Rand and subject to changes.

Transaction fees on foreign currency payments – Client is responsible for all foreign transfer fees, from the originating country and from South Africa.

Booking procedure : 

• Reservations must be made in writing via fax, e-mail or our online booking calendar.

• Provisional reservations will be held for a limited time, pending a deposit.

• Deposits on reservations confirm the reservations.

• Confirmed Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

• All cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing.

 

 

Payment Methods, Policy and Cancellations

All major credit cards are accepted (except Diners Club and American Express), Cheques will not be accepted.

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. Please email proof of payment to info@512thegranger.co.za.

All “extras” (e.g. extra cleans ) incurred during stay must be settled by credit card or cash in South African Rands (ZAR) prior to departure.

Payment Policy: 

A deposit of 50% is required in order to secure your booking. We can only confirm your booking once we have received your deposit proof of payment (POP). The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are held for 7 days and will automatically expire unless the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy – Individual Bookings 

• 0 – 13 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total stay
• 14 – 20 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of total stay
• 21 – 30 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of total stay
• “No Shows” will be charged in full

Refunds will be at the discretion of management of 512 The Granger. 512 The Granger reserves the right to cancel and/or amend any reservation in the event of a failure to comply with the deposit and payment policy contained herein and shall not be liable for any loss or consequential loss resulting from such cancellation or amendment.
